Victor Realty Company managed and leased the Garden Hills Shopping Center at the 2800 block of Peachtree Road in Buckhead for 48 years. We kept this center at a 95%+ occupancy level during that time. The shopping center was sold in 2007 and has been leveled for redevelopment.
